Visma acquires Davilex

Visma acquires Davilex Software BV and strengthens its position within the SMB segment in the Netherlands. 

Davilex is a Dutch company focusing on administrative software for small and medium-sized enterprises and associations. More than 18.000 companies use solutions from Davilex.

- Davilex is a well-known name in the Netherlands. Thanks to the quality of their administrative software they have satisfied customers, many of whom have been using Davilex software for several years. We see opportunities for cross-fertilization of organisation and customer groups. Both Davilex and Visma focus on smart cloud solutions for associations, SMB, administration and accounting practices.
