Visma Group acquires Bluegarden Group
Visma Group has acquired 100 percent of the shares in Bluegarden Group.
Bluegarden develops and offers payroll and HRM services and is a major player in the Scandinavian market. The acquisition will strengthen Visma’s position in the market and secure future development of sustainable solutions for new and existing customers.
