The transaction represents the fourth acquisition by Visma in the region over the past four months and is in line with the Visma Group’s strategy to continue expanding its activities in this highly strategic region, whilst strengthening its Northern European leadership in the market.

Visma continues to look at opportunities to further increase its presence and product offering in the Netherlands, following on from the other recent acquisitions of ProActive, a provider of full range SaaS-based procurement-to-pay software solutions, Raet, a leading provider of cloud‑based payroll and Human Capital Management (‘HCM’) software and services and Pink Web, supplier of an online customer interaction platform for accounting firms and their clients.

Together, these acquisitions form a comprehensive offering of sustainable products and services that gives value to both new and existing customers.
