Visma acquires Synaxion and is expanding its position in the Dutch e-Government space
Leading European software company Visma, acquires Synaxion, provider of business intelligence software solutions and services for the (semi-)public sector in the Netherlands.
Visma has grown rapidly in the Dutch market with many acquisitions over the last few years, now exceeding €350 million in revenue and employing more than 2 000 people in this highly strategic region. By acquiring Synaxion, Visma continues its advancement in the Dutch eGov market, strengthening its position in the European market.
