Visma strengthens its offering of cloud-based ERP and e-commerce solutions by acquiring Specter, a preferred supplier of business systems for e-commerce and omnichannel sales. Their key product Specter Business Management is a cloud-based retail ERP and business management system with a strong focus on automation and user friendliness. The solution is used by over 1 200 pure-play online and omnichannel customers in Sweden and Norway.
The acquisition supports Visma’s strategy to deliver the best cloud and e-commerce solutions to SMBs in the Nordics. Visma will boost Specter’s value proposition to customers with additional relevant products and services.
