Visma acquires Dialog, a Dutch provider of a performance and talent management platform that allows organisations to increase ownership among their employees, increase engagement and improve performance.
Dialog was founded in 2012 with the aim of radically renewing the annual HR cycle. Dialog supports employees in making a personal plan. Employees use this plan throughout the year when, for example, they ask for feedback about their performance from colleagues and customers. The aim is to maintain a continuous dialogue, supporting organisations in getting the most out of their people.
More than a hundred organisations, including NS Stations, Spar and the KNVB, use Dialog to support their employees and to stimulate 'a good conversation'. Dialog integrates with all known HR systems, in order to prevent duplicate administrations.
