Visma strengthens its offering within Financial Management by acquiring Inyett

Visma has signed an agreement to acquire the majority of the shares in Inyett, a leading provider of solutions for automated checks of supplier payments for the public and private sector in Sweden and Norway. The acquisition strengthens Visma's position in the market and enables Inyett to offer additional products to both new and existing customers. The deal is expected to be finalised in December.

Founded in 2009, Inyett has grown quickly in the Swedish market over the last ten years. Their innovative solution serves over 240 Swedish municipalities and is expanding rapidly in the private market.

Inyett provides a safer and more secure business environment by automating the checks on payments and suppliers, and warning of errors, risks and fraud in organisations' payments. The offering resembles a recovery audit solution and becomes integrated in the customers' Procure-to-Pay and Accounts Payable processes.

"We are very pleased to welcome Inyett to the Visma group. Their unique solution and competence complements our existing product offering perfectly, and together, we will be able to provide a wider range of products to both new and existing customers," said Øystein Moan, CEO of Visma.

"Visma is a leading European provider of cloud-based software, and we are excited to have such a strong player as our owner. We look forward to accelerating our growth and development being part of Visma while adding more value to our existing customers," said John Andersson, CEO of Inyett.
