Changes in Visma's shareholder structure

KKR, a leading global investment firm, has today announced that it has agreed to sell its entire remaining stake in Visma, together with a smaller stake from Cinven, to a consortium including HGCapital, GIC, Montagu and ICG. HGCapital will be the lead investor and will continue to be the largest Visma shareholder with 41% in the new transaction structure.
