The current management and owners will stay on and continue to contribute to the business. The intention of the acquisition is to continue the journey to build a more profitable and sustainable LIMAB. The acquisition is completely in line with Dacke Industri's ambition to grow with companies that focus on their own products as well as customized components and systems. Dacke Industri has, by the 8th of July, completed the acquisition of 100 % of the shares in LIMAB AB. The current management and owners will stay on and continue to contribute to the business. The intention of the acquisition is to continue the journey to build a more profitable and sustainable LIMAB.
