Midsummer continues growth and hires Head of Communications

[Stockholm, Sweden, November 7, 2019.] Swedish solar energy leader Midsummer ramps up its communications efforts and hires Helena Engelbrecht as Head of Communications. Ms. Engelbrecht has a background in the hospitality industry at e.g. SkiStar and Åre Destination, and most recently as PR & Social Manager at Publicis Media in Stockholm.

Interest in Midsummer has been strong among investors, the media and the public since the company's IPO in June 2018, as well as the launch of the new consumer product range Midsummer Solar Roofs. Midsummer now takes a firmer grip of its PR and IR work with the goal of increasing its visibility further, strengthening the Midsummer and Midsummer Solar Roofs brands and driving public opinion.

Helena Engelbrecht is a trained journalist and has spent the last ten years working with communications and social media in various roles, most recently as PR and Social Manager at Publicis Media. Prior to that she worked in Åre with PR, destination development and place branding for e.g. Åre Destination and Skistar. She has also run her own business in the same area of expertise.
