Midsummer AB (publ) publishes a prospectus and applies for admission to trading of bonds on the Sustainable Bond List of Nasdaq Stockholm
Midsummer AB (publ) ("Midsummer") issued on 25 April 2019 a green bond in an amount of SEK 200 million (the "Bond").
Midsummer has prepared a prospectus for the Bond in order to apply for the Bond to be admitted to trading on the Sustainable Bond List of Nasdaq Stockholm.
The first day of trading is expected to be on or around August 21, 2019. The prospectus has been approved by and registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen) on 16 August 2019.
The prospectus is available at Midsummer's website (www.midsummer.se) and will also be published on the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's website (www.fi.se).
