They are specifically designed for fast efficient operation of ball, butterfly, and other rotary type valves.

Neles Easyflow™ MEG series manual gear actuator

Neles Easyflow MEG series manual gear actuator is a hand wheel operated quarter turn worm gear actuator with high efficiency for greater output torque. These are modular and pre-configured gears with limited torque range. These gear operators are well suited for water and waste water, sewage treatment, mining, fuel oil and gas, cooling or chilled water circuits, desalination, HVAC, cement and other fine powders, mild corrosive chemicals and petrochemical applications.

Neles Easyflow heavy duty AC series piston-barrel linear actuator combine the benefits of high cycle life, a rugged construction and an extremally compact with unique range of feature and option. Neles Easyflow J7 series reduced bore flanged floating ball valves are an economical option to our fully featured products. J7 series provides long, reliable life and in a rugged two-piece body construction.

Neles Easyflow J9 series full bore flanged floating ball valves are an economical option to our fully featured products. J9 series provides long, reliable life and in a rugged two-piece body construction.

Neles Easyflow™ J9S series jacketed floating ball valve

Neles Easyflow J9S series fully jacketed flanged seat supported ball valve provides long, reliable performance. Valve comes with single piece body construction and a structurally sound solid mirror finished ball with large end flanges (one size higher than valve NPS) to accommodate full jacketing. Spring loaded v-ring packing provides extremely long cycle life with minimum maintenance. Direct actuator mounting capability makes it easy to automate with accurate alignment.

Neles Easyflow™ J4 series 3-piece floating ball valve

Neles Easyflow J4 series 3-piece floating ball valves are an economical option to our fully featured products. J4 series provides long, reliable life and a rugged three-piece body construction.

Neles Easyflow™ JT series angle stem tank bottom valves

Neles Easyflow JT series angle stem tank bottom valves provide a compact assembly with additional space for actuator clearance on insulated vessels. Large port has unobstructed flow to empty or fill the tank quickly. Quarter-turn operation and direct actuator mounting capability makes it easy to automate. Cavity fill and T-port options for the JT series ensure lowest possible dead volume and full draining of media from the valve.

Butterfly valves

Neles Easyflow™ resilient seated butterfly valve, series JA

Neles Easyflow JA series concentric disc resilient seated butterfly valves are suitable for a wide range of applications in manual or automated on/off through throttling control services. Although compact and lightweight, the JA series is designed to be rugged, reliable, and to comply with a variety of global industry standards.

Neles Easyflow™, series K

The Neles Easyflow K-series features versatile limit switches for quarter turn actuators and valve assemblies. With the K-series limit switches our customers receive reliable end limit information of desired rotary travel. Available in selected market areas.

Solenoid and air operated valves
