EAB Group Plc publishes its Annual Report, Corporate Governance Statement, Corporate Responsibility Report and Remuneration Report for 2020
EAB Group Plc has today, on 4 March 2021, published its Annual Report for 2020 in Finnish on EAB Group's website at www.eabgroup.fi/sijoittajat/talousraportit-ja-esitykset. The Annual Report includes the Board of Directors’ report, the financial statements and the Auditor’s Report.
The Company has published its Corporate Governance Statement for 2020. The statement has been prepared in accordance with the recommendations of the Finnish Corporate Governance Code 2020. The Corporate Governance Statement is published both as a part of the Annual Report and as an independent report. The statement is available in Finnish on EAB Group's website at www.eabgroup.fi/sijoittajat/hallinnointi/selvitys-hallinto-ja-ohjausjarjestelmasta.
EAB Group Plc has also published its first Corporate Responsibility Report. It describes the role of the EAB Group as a responsible actor in relation to its stakeholders and the surrounding society. The Corporate Responsibility Report complies with ESG Reporting Guide 2.0 – A Support Resource for Companies, published by Nasdaq Nordic in 2019, in all aspects that are relevant to the operations of the EAB Group. The Corporate Responsibility Report is published both as a part of the Annual Report and as an independent report.
