Enviro in new agreement with ÅF – Focus on international expansion

Scandinavian Enviro Systems AB are now expanding their collaboration with Swedish engineering and consulting company ÅF Industry by entering into an agreement to establish tyre recycling plants around the world. The agreement relates to a business collaboration for international expansion, in addition to regulating the development of a Basic Design model for new recycling plants.

"This will make a crucial difference to facilitating sales of new plants. The agreement demonstrates a clear ambition for ÅF to take EPC responsibility, largely thanks to the Basic Design we are now developing together", says Thomas Sörensson, Enviro's CEO.

The newly signed agreement is intended to permit ÅF to take EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) responsibility. This is a major advantage for buyers and investors in new plants because it simplifies the tender process and gives clearer information on which to base decisions.

"ÅF will now become a more important collaboration partner for Enviro, partly in our joint work with a Basic Design and partly in the more long-term work to establish recycling plants around the world. This is an exciting collaboration and we can see major potential in Enviro", says Mattias Carlsson, Market Area Manager at ÅF Industry AB.

"With this agreement, ÅF are demonstrating confidence and trust in our business concept. We will now take major steps forward with a stable partner which shares our belief in the extensive international potential of Enviro's technology", says Thomas Sörensson, Enviro's CEO.
