EAB Group Plc publishes its Annual Report for 2019, Corporate Governance Statement, Remuneration Policy and Remuneration Report as well as its updated strategy

 

EAB Group Plc (the “Company”) has today, on 13 March 2020, published its Annual Report for 2019 in Finnish on EAB Group's website at www.eabgroup.fi/sijoittajat/talousraportit-ja-esitykset. The Annual Report includes the Board of Directors’ report and the Financial Statements.

 

The Company has published its Corporate Governance Statement for 2019. The statement has been prepared in accordance with the recommendations of the Finnish Corporate Governance Code 2020 and is available in Finnish on EAB Group's website at www.eabgroup.fi/sijoittajat/hallinnointi/selvitys-hallinto-ja-ohjausjarjestelmasta.

 

The Company has also published its Remuneration Policy and Remuneration Report for 2019. The Company has complied with the Finnish Corporate Governance Code 2015 in its remuneration in 2019. The Remuneration Report has been prepared in accordance with the Finnish Corporate Governance Code 2020. The Remuneration Policy and the Remuneration Report are available in Finnish at www.eabgroup.fi/sijoittajat/hallinnointi/palkitseminen.

 

New mission, vision and business objectives

 

In future, EAB Group invests more and more in responsibility and has thus updated its strategy with a new mission and vision and new business objectives.

 

Mission:

Vision:

By becoming the forerunner in responsible investment, we grow into the most respected Nordic asset management expert. We will become the forerunner in responsible investment with the actions we take. We will gain respect in the market when we use our position as the forerunner to create new investment standards and generate profit responsibly.

 

Business objectives:

 

Financial targets remain unchanged. They were published on 24 August 2018 and were partly updated in the financial statements bulletin on 14 February 2020.

 

Financial targets for 3–5 year:
