Mandatory notification of trade

Charles MacBain, CEO in Nordhealth AS (the "Company"), has on 20 March 2023 bought 230,365 A shares in the Company at a price of NOK 20 per share.

Following the transaction, Charles MacBain holds a total of 4,185,746 A shares in the Company. In addition, he holds 4,956,027 A shares and 29,742,998 B shares indirectly, through Three Plus Group S.A.
