Charles MacBain, CEO in Nordhealth AS (the "Company"), has on 9 March 2023 bought 3,305,833 A shares in the Company at a price of NOK 20 per share.

Following the transaction, Charles MacBain holds a total of 3,305,833 A shares in the Company. In addition, he holds 4,956,027A shares and 29,742,998 B shares indirectly, through Three Plus Group S.A.
