Gram Car Carriers ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Oslo, 14 December 2023: H & M Hinderaker & Myklebust AS, a close associate of the chair of the board of directors and primary insider Ivar Hansson Myklebust, has today purchased 2,000 shares in Gram Car Carriers ASA at a price of NOK 202.00 per share. Following the transaction, H & M Hinderaker & Myklebust AS together with Ivar Hanson Myklebust, owns 42,000 shares in Gram Car Carriers ASA, equal to approximately 0.1% of the company's share capital.
