HMG AS, a company owned by Head of Projects and primary insider Harald Mathias Gram, has today, 27 June 2022, purchased 3,755 shares in Gram Car Carriers ASA at a price of NOK 93.20 per share. Following the transaction, Harald Mathias Gram owns, together with consolidated parties, in aggregate 1,786,741 shares in Gram Car Carriers ASA, of which 22,500 shares are owned through HMG AS.
