Merger between Internordic Bearings AB and Indoma AB

OEM International’s two subsidiaries, Internordic Bearings AB and Indoma AB, are merging to form one company with the name Internordic Bearings AB. The new Internordic Bearings AB will have a turnover of approximately MSEK 110 and will offer one of the strongest ranges of bearings and gaskets on the market.

“This merger between Internordic and Indoma creates a broader customer offer that enables customers to purchase both gaskets and bearings from the same supplier. This broader range, together with continued proactive investment, will make us more attractive to new customers,” says Fredrik Tengstrand, Corporate Group Manager at OEM International.
