Change in number of shares and votes in Meda

The rights issue recently conducted by Meda AB has resulted in an increase of shares and votes during December 2014 of in total 33,224,306 shares of series A and the equivalent number of votes.

Prior to the rights issue, the number of shares in Meda amounted to 332,243,065. Following the issue of new shares, the total number of shares and votes in Meda as of December 30, 2014 amounts to 365,467,371 shares of series A, representing 365,467,371 votes.
